Ricardo Cordova says that computer and technology have taken over traditional things and old things are getting backed and he really want this thing to be relevant in the workplace again. So that why he is hosting this carpentry workshop.

He thinks that every student should have basic knowledge of woodworking. He was very much disappointed when he found that local schools have stopped woodwork classes and even woodworking course.

This basic goal to organize this workshop is to change the myth that students and another person only need to purchase a costly machine to build anything. He wants children to get attracted to it.

Ricardo Cordova personally is of jolly nature, you would be interested to listen to him and has a witty sense of humor. He makes the environment too jolly around him and people love to talk with him.

He gives his time to any kind of woodwork. Ricardo is fond of listening to Rock and Pop music, music helps him to stay attentive during any work. Reading thriller novels by an amazing author is another hobby. He has many times built bats and hockey with wood for poor children who are not capable of buying such stuff from the market. Ricardo Cordova loves to travel places and appreciate its beauty. Ricardo is even fond of going to a casino and playing golf.

As I told you above that local schools stopped woodwork classes, hence he started organizing woodwork events for the children who are really interested in taking it their profession.

Once he organized an event and he saw few kids doing amazing woodwork. They were using all the tools properly and safely. Ricardo says that sharpening your tools is a fundamental and foundational skill for any student that becomes the part of Ricardo Cordova’s class.

He told them that if they learn how artisans worked with lumber before the machines were introduced then they would find it easy and efficient. Using tools perfectly proves in good woodworking. He believes that these free classes will educate them about all the basics of woodworking and it's for those who are really interested in doing this.

One of the biggest achievements of Ricardo Cordova is that he is doing something that is really important for anybody and that too he is doing it for completely free.
